Our company ships worldwide. Our shipping options include international and domestic shipping with tracking. Shipping rates are determined by where you are ordering from.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES?

Standard Shipping Times: 

USA and Canada: 8-18 days

Australia, NZ & Oceania: 8-18 days

Europe & UK: 8-18 days

Latin America: 15-30 days

Asia: 8-18 days

 

Other countries: 11-45 days

Processing Times:

It sometimes takes 5-8 days for orders to be processed after placing them before they can be shipped out. Reason: All item is Handcraft

Our operating:

From Monday to Friday Only. The processing time is not included Saturday and Sunday.

 

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

You should receive an email notification from us providing you with a tracking number when your items are shipped.

You don't have to worry if you haven't received a tracking number or if it doesn't work. Send us an email and we'll fix it!

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

It is possible that the delivery will take longer than the shipping times stated herein in certain instances. Contact us if your package is taking longer than usual to arrive, and we will do our best to resolve any issues we are able to control.

 

CUSTOMS CHARGES/ RESEND ADDTIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES

There may be additional tax and/or customs charges when an order arrives at your location. We will not pay all additional taxes and customs charges.

THE CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE A VALID ADDRESS AND CONTACT

Customers have to take responsibility if fill in an invalid address or contact number. We will not pay additional shipping charges for resending items to your location. If item was delivered or no body pickup item, it will send to destroy by courier company. We not pay for addtional fee.

REQUEST RETURN CHARGES
1. Items received within 30 days from the delivery date.
2. Items received unused, undamaged, and in original package. Items must return back to owner with provide valid shipping tracking number, even items receiving in condition damaged.
3. Return shipping fee is paid by the buyer.
